How long do refunds take?

After approval, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days to the same payment method used while placing the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only before the order is shipped. Once it’s dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation may not be possible. For cancellation help, just email us as soon as possible with your order details.
